5. Furniture is not to be rearranged

8. Check out time is 11am

9. Early check in/Late check out permitted with prior notification and if available

10. Honor noise curfew rules- quiet time between 10pm and 8am

11. No pets (service animals must abide by ALL ADA guidelines)

12. Off limit areas include: Garage, unused pool, fireplace, and any locked doors for storage

13. Any damages will be charged to the card on file or reported to your booking platform.
